rockt horror show tribute

So last night I went to the Rocky Horror Picture Show tribute and it was amazing! Not only was it the show's birthday it was also a benefit for the The Painted Turtle organization. The show has been a staple in millions of people lives for the past 35 years. I went in my college years and love every minute of it. The outcasts the preps the whoever came out to experience, well the experience. Last night performance at the Wiltern did just that. People of all walks of life came out to remember or in some cases to see it for the first time. With a start studded cast it was inevitable. With Jack Nicholson, Danny DeVito, "Glee's" Matthew Morrison and Lea Michele as Brad and Janet, Nicole Scherzinger, Julian McMahon as Dr. Frank N. Furter, Evan Rachel Wood as Magenta, and Jorge Garcia, as Eddie! Even late night host George Lopez donned a pair of fishnets for the production.

So this Wednesday Oct. 27th is this party @ Em&Co. I will be there Djing and from what I have seen the photography is amazing. Makes me miss Japan. Come out a support great artists.

LA fashion week?

So where is the fashion in LA? There is none... Once upon a time we had Mercedes Benz sponsering some shows which helped LA to think we had a chance. As soon as they backed out it was a quick ride to the bottom. There where groups Like GenArt who did a good job on getting new and up and coming artists their spot light but as soon as the market dropped and no one had money GenArt fell like the rest. I was djing a lot of the shows and saw first hand the fall LA fashion.

As far as I know Fashion week is dead in LA, But there are still up and coming designers that are still pushing through in LA. Just the other day I djed a little in-store fashion event in Em&Co. I have done a bunch of events in this boutique clothing store and they are always a blast. Evelynn works hard to support new fashion. All three designers had some great clothes to show off and being a guy Jordan Klein had some great looks. I could not find a website for him but you can look it up.

So i have Lived in Hollywood for the past few years and never really went up to the Hollywood sign. Never really thought about it. But this Saturday I got as Close as one can get with out breaking any laws...

So as a fact I suck. I will tell you why.... So some how I missed the email the said that I need to pay my domain name registration. As it goes I went to log on to my web site the other night and it goes straight to Go Daddy. I was all "wtf!" I am not even with Go Daddy why hell am I re routed there. So with a bit of digging and some frustrated phone calls i come to find out that i missed my payment to my domain name and that some one in Norway bought it. Fuck!! I can't believe this shit. As things go I get his email and contact him. He wants $300 for me to buy it back. fuck what a business. bastard!! I really is my fault that I miss that email but they could have sent a "HEY YOU! YOU NEED TO PAY YOUR BILL" last email.

so for the time being while I decide what to do. This will be my new web blog.....that is till i move on and either pay the $300 or change it to a .net or something.......

So just to let you all that I djed on a Burger King commercial today. Lets hope that it makes the cut and not on the floor.

So everyone things are starting to come together. My music is coming along so hopefully i will be able to release something soon. It will be all my own remixes and originals, so look out!! I Just did a benefit for Relay for life and the American Cancer Society. Can I Say amazing!! It feels good to help people...
